Kobe College graduate Risa Minami has won multiple prizes for her unique chromatic harmonica skills, including the Grand Prix in all categories at the 30th F.I.H. Japan harmonica competition and first prize at the 8th Asia Pacific Harmonica Festival in the category Chromatic Harmonica Solo Open. Selling out the Hyogo Performing Arts Center in just five minutes and performances with the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra are just some of the achievements that prove her importance for the chromatic harmonica.
